My approach to partnership

  • Collaborative

Creating solutions is a two-way, communicative process. While I am the expert in human behavior in the workplace, you are the expert when it comes to your organization.

  • Responsive

We live in a rapidly evolving world, and priorities can shift in an instant. When creating solutions for your team and organization, it is important to be flexible and adapt to the shifting environment in real time, as things change.

  • Transparent

Clear and candid communication is key with any relationship. We will develop an appropriate cadence to keep any stakeholders informed and involved.

  • Inclusive

The key to engaging your people is to involve them.. By bringing them in to the decision making process, they have an invested interest in the solution succeeding. It is also key that the people making decisions are representative of the people impacted by those decisions.

  • Confidential

Anything I discuss with my clients is considered confidential. Likewise, our facilitated team sessions have a strict “Vegas Rules” policy: What is discussed in the session, stays in the session. All company documents shared with me or created during a session are deemed confidential.

  • Evidence-based

All solutions, tools, and resources used are based on current scientific research and considered best practices in the industry.
